Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return and refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging.
You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Important:

  • Returns or refunds are only accepted in case of technical damage that is not caused by misuse or
    human error.
  • A clear video of the issue must be sent within the 48-hour window for our engineer to evaluate the
    problem.
  •  If our engineer confirms that the product has a technical defect with no signs of user damage, we
    will approve the return or refund process.

 

Please note: If the lamination on any of the products is opened or torn, the item will not be eligible
for return or refund.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where
to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is
    defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Include a video showing the issue so we can evaluate the situation and assist you accordingly.


EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return (if eligible) and, once
accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
